BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments and billing-related activities between Daily Revival (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

1.3 Payment Timing

Subscription Orders: Payment is automatically billed on your chosen renewal schedule (e.g., monthly, every 3 months, etc.).
2. INVOICING

Receipts and invoices are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

All invoices are considered accepted unless disputed in writing within 15 days of issue.
3. LATE PAYMENTS

If payment is not received on time for recurring subscriptions, we reserve the right to suspend shipments or cancel future renewals.

Late balances may incur an interest fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law).

Services or shipments will resume once the outstanding balance is paid in full.
4. DISPUTED CHARGES

We’ll investigate promptly and correct any confirmed billing errors.
5. REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Refunds are processed in accordance with our official Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. TAXES

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, such as sales tax, VAT, or GST, depending on your jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Billing Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Daily Revival regarding payment matters.
